The kids and I had an interesting time this week discussing Love of course!!! Lol. We also got our hands messy with red paint trying to come up with lovely cards for our friends and family.
With all the cutting, pasting and painting we got time to chat about their idea of Love.
"Love is when we sing I love you, you love me... to our friends during circle time". -- a 4 year old girl
"Love is banana"-- a 3 year old girl
"Love is when you leave your old house to a new house because of your friend" -- a 4 year old boy
"Love is loving someone, caring for them, showing them joy and letting them play"-- a 5 year old girl
" Love is when you make friends and help one another and act nicely to your friends"-- a 5 year old girl
"Love is when my mum says I should sleep, eat, watch cartoon, bath".--- a 3 year old boy
"Love is when mummy gives me my drink to school -- a 3 year old girl
"Love is like mummy and daddy-- a 4 year old girl
"Love is sharing"-- a 5 year boy
" Love is my police car" -- a 4 year old boy
There you have it!.. What's Love to you?
